Job Description
- Execute tooling repair and maintenance.
- Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling.
- Ensure that mold returning from maintenance or repair, start and run productively without repeated pull outs missing or incorrectly installed tooling components or repeating the prior mold/part defect
- Measure complete dimensional mold-tooling.
- Determine "best" methods/procedures to determine probable causes of mold/part defects, as well as corrective and preventive actions.
- Can work under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as Mold Maintenance Technician especially in Plastic Machinery;
- Must be proficient in all type of mechanical & electrical system such as pneumatic, hydraulic & power cabling system;
- Experienced in troubleshooting of plastic machinery such as blown film extruder machine;
- Has the knowledge, skills and tools to effectively and efficiently disassemble, clean, troubleshoot, repair, and assemble company's active molds.
- Knowledgeable in machine-shop equipment.

Maintenance Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting complex and/or repetitive issues on state of the art Blow Molding Machines, Custom Automation and support equipment.
