Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage offshore delivery team to meet the management goals
- Engage/Coordinate with Onsite Teams in effective and efficient Delivery
- Oversee End-to-End Delivery – Solutioning, Implementation and Production Support
- Manage Customer and Vendor/Partner relationships
- Ensure service delivery is managed profitably and in-line with budgets and schedules
- Proactively address problems and identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction
- Actively cultivate practices that support the company vision and how this fits into the day-to-day operations and nurture the goal of every employee to have an enjoyable and extraordinary place to work
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by fine-tuning of systems, processes and employee motivation.
- Ensure delivery operations is as efficient as possible with stringent operational processes, systems and procedures in place
- Key Delivery processes are in place for each of the relevant service line activities
- Delivery Operations activities and costs are delivered within an agreed budget, times for each activity are accurately communicated throughout the business
- Resource Management and Career Management
- Ensure that the quality our offering is measured on a regular basis and is best in class
- Reporting to senior management on resource utilization, project profitability, etc
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for Head of Delivery for Tagit Philippines.
Head of Delivery will be responsible to manage, monitor and evolve our service delivery, policies, processes, and profitability, to enable us to fulfil deliveries to our customers and ensure we consistently maintain a high quality of service within allocated budget and timelines.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional and leader with a passion for the job, able to drive innovative and enthusiastic culture.
Qualifications
- Around 15 years of experience in IT industry
- Over 5 - 7 years’ experience in offshore delivery and operations
- 4 years or more in a senior management position, including responsibility for planning and achieving performance target
- Involved in technical implementation of Java/J2EE applications
- Experience in Banking and Financial Industry and exposure to Mobile Technologies
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Masters/bachelors in business administration, Preferred PMP and ITIL certifications
- Only Filipinos and resident of Philippines who have valid resident pass are encouraged to apply
