Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to in-house senior research and editorial staff in different projects underway
- Initiating and outlining research and editorial ideas
- Collating data through interviews, online research as well as contact with central banks, leading financial institutions and service providers
- Writing topical research notes, articles and analyses for our publication and online platforms
- Doing telephone interviews/surveys with senior bankers
- Providing data and analytical support for our industry research and consulting related projects
- Developing and managing client contacts through networking, speaking engagements, industry events, press interviews and digital-content based research products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a relevant degree (Masters preferred)
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills is a must.
- Demonstrate strong aptitude and 5 – 6 years proven work experience as a Research Professional in a Financial & Banking services industry is a must.
- Strong desktop research and data discovery skills
- Excellent skills in the use of relevant statistical, Excel and PowerPoint software;
- Able to formulate, execute and co-ordinate research projects independently.
- Candidates with strong client relationship, corporate presentation and writing skills will be viewed favourably.
- Must be a team-player
