Project Architect  

A. Planning Function

1. Reviews plans and specifications. Prepares RFIs and RFQs whenever necessary.
2. Estimates architectural elements in buildings.
3. Prepares works schedules and updates during the duration of construction.
4. Plans construction methodology to implement architectural works.
5. Coordinates with consultants/designers on issues confronting project execution.
6. Prepares manpower and equipment loading schedule.
7. Requisitions materials, manpower, and equipment needed for project implementation.
8. Prepares drawings and shop drawings.

B. Project Execution

1. Supervises layout and execution of architectural works.
2. Coordinates with other work disciplines, i.e. structural, MEPFS, etc. in the implementation of plans and specifications.
3. Cooperates with QA/QC department on implementation of quality standards.
4. Performs required test procedures based on plan and specifications and standard industry practices.
5. Monitors project accomplishment and submits report periodically.
6. Attend field coordination meetings regularly.
7. Implements safety policies and procedures in the project site.
8. Conducts regular inspection in the field.
9. Implements policies and procedures governing the operation in the project.

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 2 years of experience
• Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
