Recruitment Officer  

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform end to end recruitment from sourcing candidates, interviewing, examination, job offer and contract signing

- Assist with the onboarding of all new hired employees

- Collecting the requirements of the employees and updating them on what they still need

- Create and look for new recruitment events such as job fairs, school fairs, and other events that may help in the getting of applicants

- Specializing in sourcing of Filipino-Chinese applicants

• Male or Female not more than 30 years old
• College graduate of human resource management, psychology or any 4 year related courses
• Preferrably with at least 6 months of experience but will consider fresh graduates
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Chinese Mandarin (Good to Very Good)
• Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City
• Reliable, independent and a decision maker
