Job Description
- Client coordination
- Portfolio updates
- Provide notes/minutes of meetings to ensure client and team are aligned on next steps
- Consult Art Director on finished assets, before submission
- Create Production and Resource Capacity reports for clients and upper management
- Tracking and monitoring of spent time per tasks
- Facilitate team meetings and retrospectives to align the team on plans and work improvements.
- Preparation of Monthly project tracker
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Master the Art workflow for each assigned project.
- Set the project scope and deliverables for each milestone.
- Gather and manage resources and reports required.
- Ensure that the teams have the technical support they require to ensure effective output.
- Continuous task management for deliverables and address issues/gaps.
- Communicate effectively with Clients, team members and Business Development requirements.
- Japanese language (written and oral) is a super plus!
