Sales Associate  

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and establish direct account customers. Direct Account customers are: CVs, Bus Terminal,
  Café shops.
• Create effective presentation template customized to the prospect clients. He should be able to build strong business relationship to the client that he will be able to respond to questions very well, manage achievement of volume targets and improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage financial transactions
• Achieving established goals (volume and distribution forecast)
• Directing clients to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly professional appearance
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to clients
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education; Level of Experience:

• Graduate of any four-year business or marketing course
• At least 2 years experience related experience, experience may substitute for education up to two (2) years

Skills, Traits and Competencies:

• Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to complain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
• Knowledge of “sales function” esp. institutional accounts
• Knowledge of sales/marketing techniques and principles,
• Knowledge of inventory control and delivery logistics.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Skill in using computers and related software applications. (Macbook/Adobe Photoshop)
• Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing.
• Skill in handling conflict and uncertain situations.
• Skill in data analysis and problem solving,
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
• Ability to quickly recognize and analyze irregular events.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with employees and the public.
