Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop & extend applications based on the standards set by the Technical team
Write high quality and efficient code to meet project value targets and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment
Contribute to the development of Games Platform and other Entertainment Applications
Impose unit-test code for forcefulness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Familiar with Unit testing using instrumentation
Knowledgeable in bug-fixing and supporting applications in production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
Proactive with learning and relearning new languages, techniques and tools and able to work independently
Able to adapt to new ideas and experiences
Able to work in a high pressure & fast-paced environment

Skills and Requirements:

7+ years working experience as a backend developer
Demonstrable working knowledge with NodeJS as a primary language
Demonstrable working knowledge with a second language preferably with Python and/or PHP
Familiarity with different kinds of persistence technologies (databases) and their strengths/weaknesses
Experienced with
PHP (Laravel Framework v5.4+)
ReactJS, AngularJS
MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
Apache, IIS or Nginx Web server
JavaScript framework and libraries
HTML/HTML5/CSS3 (Bootstrap)
API integration and parsing of dataset using XML/REST/JSON/GSON
3rd party libraries including social media SDK integration
Familiarity with any of the following cloud services: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Bluemix
Knowledgeable in Admin Panel template like AdminLTE
Experience in compiling and compressing JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
Experience in Data Analytics, dashboard and report generation
Good knowledge in Radis AWS.
Has extensively used Bit-Bucket, Jira, GitHub code repository
Has working knowledge in security and code complication is advantage
Working knowledge of encryption and decryption of data is a plus

Plus:

Familiarity with building GraphQL API’s
DevOps experience
Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with designing enterprise grade system architectures
