- Follow up collection of due accounts to customers
- Sends Statement of Accounts to customers
- Issues OR/PR for all cash/check payment received
- Provides customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, and review account adjustment, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Accountable for reducing delinquency accounts
- Follow up previous month bank statement from the bank
- Supervises Cashier, Treasury Assistant, and Messenger
- Performs other task as may be assigned from time to time by the superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any equivalent
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Preferably knowledgeable in ERP and Billing & Collection procedures
- Cooperative, reliable, proactive and responsible
- Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
