Job Description
As a Full-Stack Web Developer the candidate's primary role is to develop complex web applications. Development with PHP, Java, Node JS, Python is the primary focus on all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The candidate is also responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the team into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.
- Write well designed, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Understand source code management and versioning
- Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling a web application and a Content Management System
- Be involved in whole software development life cycle.
- Collaborate with fellow developers and designers.
- Develop service application with REST-ful APIs.
- Perform unit testing and debugging.
- Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications
- Build monitoring and have the ability to perform debugging in all areas of the code
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
- Strong MVC Frameworks and Software development skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience on Wordpress, Third Party API's, Javascript frameworks (AngularJS or any similar frameworks)
- Graduate of Any Computer related course
- Help evolve our existing architecture, working with teams to improve operations, and implementing new features and functionality
- Demonstrable understanding of server-side templating languages
- Demonstrable understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as Sass
- Demonstrable understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Ability to integrate multiple new and existing data sources and databases into one system
- Able to apply Machine Learning algorithms to available data.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
