Job Description
- To carry out administrative duties for the Manila office, such as payment of local bills, signing of checks, etc.
- To coordinate with parties on payroll and accounting matters
- To develop and maintain a filing system
- To process travel/hotel expenses for Singapore-based CEO
- To make meeting arrangements for the company’s executives
- To provide support to other team members when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in administrative duties at a previous employer is a must
- Basic bookkeeping experience is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to multitask when needed
