Job Description
- To write regional stories (covering start-up companies across Southeast Asia) from Manila through research and first-hand interviews
- To actively participate in daily editorial meetings
- To stay abreast with latest developments in the Southeast Asian start-up scene and give story pitches in editorial meetings
- To work with the team in other duties, such as producing branded content
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years media experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dedicated reporting skills and persistence
- Ability to meet daily article deadlines is a must
- A flair for descriptive writing is a plus
- Willing to multi-task when the situation calls for it
