Job Description
The Manila-based Financial Analyst will be working under Ivory Capital, a boutique M&A and Private Equity firm, with headquarters in Singapore, www.ivorycapitalasia.com.
Ivory Capital is an investor in Inc. Southeast Asia and duties/office space will be shared with Inc. Southeast Asia’s existing office in Makati.
The Financial Analyst will be expected to:
- Conduct financial and investment analysis on selected Philippines companies and sectors such as:
- Retail & Consumer
- Tourism
- Healthcare
- Education
- Hotels
- Support Senior Ivory Executives in execution of transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or CFA certified.
- 3-5 years work experience and deal track record in Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
