Fashion Merchandiser  

Research and Product Development

• Coordinates with Designer regarding product development and sampling.
• Does regular research of new product development, fabrics, pricing, etc.

Merchandise Line Planning

• Prepares the monthly merchandise line plan.

Buying Projections

• Prepares monthly buying projections for all product categories based on Sales' targets and inventory levels.

Sales Data Analysis and Inventory Management

• Analyzes available sales data regularly to be able to do necessary actions with regard to buying, merchandising, and inventory management.

Product Merchandising and Coordination

• Prepares final orders.
• Coordinates with suppliers.

Distribution and Allocation

• Facilitates distribution, allocation, and stock transfer of merchandise to all retail shops.
• Does necessary coordination with shops regarding products.

• Graduate of Clothing Technology, Business Management, or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
• At least 2 years of work related experience in a Retail Company or any similar industry.
• Strong planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
  • Able to relate with diverse personalities.
• Good time management skills.
• Can work within set deadlines and has a sense of urgency.
• Can work long hours.
