Job Description
Visual Design Direction
• Direct creation and execution of creative materials from strategic marketing briefs
• Cascade artwork revisions based on internal and external builds
• Execute artworks to define visual direction, or as needed by the team
Team & Project Management
• Lead and supervise creative design team for brands assigned
• Manage daily traffic and assignment of creative projects
• Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Digital Development teams
• Ensure smooth implementation of creative requirements from design, revisions, to final production, or turnover for development if digital
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Primary Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent
