Job Description
- Responsible for the creative philosophy and standard of creative output across the agency
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
- Evaluate the content of projects before completion
- Sign off projects before they are presented to client
- Engage with Senior Clients if necessary
- Spearhead the development of concepts
- Lead brainstorming sessions and conceptualizations
- Determine project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by the team
- Assign projects to staff
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in content and/or creative design; 3-5 years of those in managing designers in developing creative solutions
- Preferably someone with knowledge in production shoot direction
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills as well as creative and artistic presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must have a strong grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud;
