Job Description
Content Management
- Schedules content for brand social media pages
- Monitors and implements content calendar
- Manages content cascades to all stakeholders
Community Management
- Engages and interacts with followers and fans of brand social media pages
- Addresses private messages and inquiries
- Escalates complaints and/or complex inquiries to brand
- Analyzes general follower and fanbase sentiment for social media reports
Promo Management
- Monitors and contacts winners, compiles their data, and track pickups, etc.
- Prepares and processes documents for ASC, DTI and FDA applications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in the following:
- Advertising/Media
- Humanities/Liberal Arts
- Linguistic/Languages
- Mass Communications
- Must be organized, able to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines;
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
