Job Description
Community Management
- Schedules answering of product-related private messages and sale inquiries
- Escalates complaints and/or complex inquiries to brand
Regulatory Management
- Prepares and processes documents for ASC, DTI and FDA applications
Promo Management
- Monitors and contacts winners, compiles their data, and track pickups, etc.
Administrative Tasks
- Files POs and acknowledgment receipts
- Coordinates with suppliers
- Assists in production shoots such as but not limited to buying props and other general errands
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in the following:
- Advertising/Media
- Humanities/Liberal Arts
- Linguistic/Languages
- Mass Communications
- Must be organized, able to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines;
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
