Job Description
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
- Process and oversee the work of financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivables, vouchers, etc., by thoroughly checking and correcting the accounting and other relevant financial records
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
- Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices
- Resolution of finance related queries
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties required such as filing and scanning.
Minimum Qualifications
- The successful Finance Assistant should be confident in working with the following:
- Petty Cash/Receipts
- Purchasing
- Invoices
- Financial Statements
- Maintaining accurate records
- Monitor accruals and other ad hoc reporting for the monthly accounts
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
