Job Description
Total brand immersion and ownership are expected for this three-pillar role:
- Client servicing
Manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
- Project management
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and other digital requirements by effectively providing clear and regular updates on projects to internal and external stakeholders, from the fruition all the way to the completion of every deliverable
- Insights and campaign planning
Initiate planning process for campaign requirements with key involvement in the development of creative strategies for integrated digital campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
General qualifications
- Bachelor’s/college degree in advertising/media, humanities/liberal arts, business studies/administration/management, mass communications, marketing, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in account or project management
- Strong communicator
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- High level of comprehension and learning curve
- Agency background desirable
- Smart, self-starter
- Self-motivated
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Excellent time and tasks management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
