Job Description
Overall Purpose:
Prepare Cash Flow Projection Accurately
Major Responsibilities:
- Sorting and checking of payments received from Treasury Specialist
- Prepare cash flow projection
- Sorting of Credit Card by banks
- Enter Merchant Fee and Creditable Withholding Tax in Excel file by bank
- Receiving of payments from buyer/supplier
- Receipt of checks from LG payments and make appropriate deposit slip upon due date
- Monthly Issuance of Official Receipt for LG checks deposited
- Preparation of afternoon cash flow
- Tally:
- Bank balance – cash flow/GL versus passbook
- Book balance – cash flow versus unremoved dated check
- Cash Flow Unreleased Check versus Detailed Unreleased Checks
- Tally every month end Merchant Fee and Creditable Withholding Tax versus GL before sending to Assistant Treasury Manager – Cash Management for banks
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of finance or business course
- Willing to work full time in Binondo office
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
