About the Strategic Sourcing and Distributorship:

Due to excellence results and future expansion plans, the Strategic Sourcing and Distributorship will play a key role in the improving procurement strategies of the company, set by top management. The incumbent will be mainly responsible in providing innovative vision, strategy and leadership in all areas of technology use to deliver impactful solutions for the clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify new technology and contextualized it to solar energy system
• Recommends new sourcing strategies, process improvements and supplier relationship structures for the enterprise.
• Strategic Vendor Management.
• Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes and spending patterns for efficiencies and cost savings, engages the appropriate stakeholders in the process.
• Ensure the use of product/technology meet the core needs of the client

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or operational background preferred;
• 4+ years of management experience in sourcing or operations environment.
• 6+ years of experience and proven proficiency delivering value in a large scale environment.
• Must be comfortable working with engineering details
• Be innovative and creative thinker
• Proven track record of delivering savings, process improvements and/or procurement business transformations.
