Job Description
Melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan hukum dalam penanganan account customer mulai dari proses identifikasi peraturan, skema penanganan, melakukan analisa dan risiko hukum, dokumentasi penanganan, eksekusi jaminan sampai dengan pelaksanaan litigasi di pengadilan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria, max. 27 tahun
- Sarjana Hukum (Hukum Perdata / Hukum Bisnis / Hukum Internasional)
- Memiliki pengalaman / ketertarikan dalam penanganan pembiayaan (asset management) dan perkara hukum / litigasi
- Memiliki pengalaman / ketertarikan dalam industri pertambangan / marketplace
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik
- Mampu melakukan legal research
