Job Description
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for engineer or vendor.
- Research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, feedback customer and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that will be able to grow the market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
- Working closely with related functions to implement new features or update existing feature
- Build SOP by collaborating with another division to create an environment to supports overall business strategy
- Hold the accountability for multiple product roadmaps and oversee overall product development process including but not limited to cascade down detailed requirements and design prototypes
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinker
- Striving for growth and continuous improvement
- Fast-learner who is able to understand the product, high level technology, operation, business process model and its business quickly
- Highly driven and able to adapt well with uncertainty/changes
- Having experience working in a top tier technology, business consulting management, multinational technology, investment banking companies or any related technology roles or engineering domains
- Have ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to BOD or internal management
- Passion in making the business to business e-commerce or heavy equipment industry through with technology
- Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
