Job Description
  • Do teleprospecting by qualifying leads and other prospects through emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales people to meet prospective customers.
  • Input customer and prospects' data into the CRM (database).
  • Answer inbound inquiries either through telephone calls or social media
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
