Project Delivery
- Ensure that requirements needed are provided by the coaches on time, or follow-up with them if in case they are not provided
- Confirm that the requirements provided are within the bounds of the project contract
- Organize all requirements to be provided to designers, developers and QAs
- Set goals, coordinate with different teams as necessary and ensure the timeliness of task/milestone delivery as agreed upon
Communication and Reporting
- Initiate intake meetings with Coaches and SEO PMs after the project launch from Accounting
- Provide clear instructions to the team as well as the necessary information that they need to start the project
- In case of any delay with the project/s, it should be communicated ahead of time to the Coach so that they can help manage the client's expectations
- Attend weekly development calls and report status of each projects currently being handled to Director of ENT and SMB Development, Head of Coaches and COO
- Report individual status of projects to each coach as the project progresses
- Attend monthly ManCom and provide a monthly summary report with team KPI
Performace Management
- Monitor individual and team performance based on their KPI
- Work with the Director in providing feedback, evaluation and coaching to the staff to drive higher performance
- Recognize and reward individual/team perfomance
- Find time to meet the team to discuss any issues, concerns, announcements, changes in procedures, etc.
- Identify training and development needs of the team, and coordinate it with the Director
Product Development and Continuous Improvement
- Lead or praticipate in different initiatives that would benefit the company moving forward
- Identify roadblocks in the process and provide recommendations on how to reduce, if not eliminate it
- Ensure that all guidelines are up to date based on current trends and needs.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in:
- Project management as well as Agile and/or Kanban Development
- WordPress Projects, including custom plugins
- AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, development frameworks and CSS
- Full-stack: Lavarel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- GIT or similar source repository
Solid background in managing projects in a dynamic environment, having to oversee a set of complex projects each with unique characteristics
Advance knowledge in planning and scheduling of multiple projects
Experienced in working with clients, developers, designers, and QA
Computer proficient and highly competent in using MS Office applications and different project management tools
