The Website Quality Assurance Analyst position is required to have advanced QA skills. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of projects and/or tasks are at par with the standards set by the company. The incumbent will support the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. This position directly reports to the Quality Assurance Team Lead.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be in charge of…
- Check and compare data between Client Intake Form and SaaS marketing platform.
- Review account setup in the SaaS marketing platform and YEXT if correct and working.
- Flag and report inconsistencies/issues in the setup and follow through with the resolution.
- Perform regression testing as needed.
- Support QA team in ad-hoc tasks.
Minimum Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years’ QA technical experience
- A degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or other related fields.
- Creation of test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity but not required with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, YEXT and other popular social media platforms.
