- Manage day-to-day client paid advertising and search marketing initiatives across multiple partners (Facebook, Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.) including planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of campaigns.
- Set up new client advertising accounts and campaigns integrating Conversion Tracking, Call Tracking and Analytics.
- Assist SEM team with keyword lists, traffic estimates and SEM proposals for local client markets
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Grow and optimize our Google AdWords strategies through ongoing testing of ad copy, landing pages, building strategies, and extensions, etc.
- Become a certified "product expert" in all Facebook Advertising and AdWords products and paid media channels used by clients.
- Stay current with new advances in digital advertising, search engine marketing, competitive landscape, keyword research, and recommend options for SEM growth and customer success.
- Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable.
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regular sharing knowledge with the management team.
- Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Conversion Rate Optimization and Landing Page Optimization and Testing.
- Google AdWords certification in Search Advertising.
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies
- Analytical mindset with distinctive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
