The Project Manager position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Development Department. This position reports to the Director of ENT and SMB Development as well as the Chief Technology Officer. The Project Manager is expected to lead a team of developers in planning, creating, executing and completing complex customer website solutions in a timely manner with quality that is at par with the company’s standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a College graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or other related fields with experience in project management.
- At least 2 yrs of experience with:
- Wordpress projects, including custom plugins.
- AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, development frameworks and CSS.
- full-stack experience: Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- Git or similar source repository
- Experienced in working with clients, developers, designers, and QA.
- Computer proficient and highly competent in using MS Office applications and different project management tools.
Mandatory Skills:
- At least 2 years professional experience in project management as well as Agile and/or Kanban development methodologies.
- Solid background in managing projects in a dynamic environment, having to oversee a set of complex projects each with unique characteristics.
- Has great understanding of project management principles
- Good communication skills (for a developer)
- Amenable to work on a Night shift schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
