Job Description

As a Senior Admin Officer, you will provide support to the management. This position will initiate Ninja skills in coordinating clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies of the SupportNinja Inc.


  • Vendor/Purchase management.
  • Sourcing of cheaper yet quality vendors.
  • Tracking supplies Inventory, requisition/issuance of supplies.
  • Manage office equipment inventory and maintenance.
  • Proposing and implementing company events.
  • Screens and assists visitors and callers in a professional manner
  • Working hand in hand with the HR, Finance and management team in coordinating for any office support required.
  • Project management as assigned by management team.
  • Handle incoming mail and other materials directly sent to the office.
  • Managing the social media account of SupportNinja Inc., in promoting the company’s presence in Clark.
  • Liaising with government agencies regarding company compliance.
  • Providing administrative and clerical procedures.
