Job Description
Responsible for Site Operations Implementation
- Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with Approved plans and specifications
- Coordinate respective works of subcontractors
- Monitors work progress, schedules, subcontractor’s accomplishments and material deliveries
- Actively participates Weekly operations meetings/ client meeting and other technical meetings
- Ensures adherence to safety and quality policy and standards
- Develops processes and policies for better operations management
- And all other task deemed necessary to deliver a project
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Civil Engineering from University of the Philippines
- With at least 2 years work experience in the related field
- Preferably, Male
- Must be knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, MS Office, MS Excel
- Must be knowledgeable in Building Auxiliary Systems and MEP
- Must be with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work On Site
