Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Saturates area for possible site
- Makes initial negotiation for a site
- Prepares site selection criteria for presentation
- Prepares letter of intent
- Prepares lease proposal
- Prepares the NTP
- Prepares the NTC
- Coordinates with the store and lessor regarding repairs needed
- Conducts due diligence for a site that has passed the market study
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the same or related field is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to do field work
- Preferably specializing in Project Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifaio Global City Taguig City .
