Job Description
- Produce all architectural renderings including Eye level exterior views, interior views, and balcony and upper-level views of the building.
- Prepare 2D and 3D Architectural drawings, perspectives, plans, models, elevations, interiors, for presentations and display.
- Construct elevations, sections, and birds-eye-view models.
- Add detail to create authenticities such as windows, road lines, and lettering.
- Alter models to meet new specifications
- Prepares architectural designs, concepts, and specifications to be used for project implementation
- Prepares the complete sets of architectural plans and details for housing units and subdivision amenities
- Orients and assists contractors and site personnel in the understanding of construction drawings and specifications prior to the construction phase
- Reviews, modifies, and/or examines all shop drawings submitted by contractors
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of B.S. in Architecture and must be a licensed Architect
- With at least two years experience in the design of vertical structures
- Proficient in Auto Cadd, 3D Modeling software, Rendering software, Photoshop, and MS applications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
