Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible in assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and expanding a network of productive brokers through effective implementation of brokers through effective implementation of brokers sales programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts recruitment activities
- Prepares accreditation requirements
- Certifies accreditation of brokers
- Provides initial orientation to the newly accredited brokers
- Provides regular basic trainings
- Promotes broker rewards and recognition program
- Implements activation activities
- Maintains constant communications by doing regular brokers' meetings, project updates and brokers visits
- Ensures broker participation in company sponsored activities
- Responsible in information dissemination
- Assists in sales process
- Processes reservation sales
- Monitors the broker inventory of marketing collaterals
- Provides support during the closing stage
- Gives an after sales service
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Communications, Marketing or related course
- At least 1-year working experience preferably in real estate, insurance or any finance business
- Must be highly sociable; strong customer service skills; proficient in computer applications, organized, punctual and responsible; Flexible and can work with minimum supervision; able to multi-task
- Willing to work in Bacolod
