Job Description
Suntrust Properties, Inc. is looking for candidates for Business Development Manager who will help the company build its market position by finding, developing, outlining, negotiating and closing business relationships. Specifically, this position requires someone who is adept in examining the proposed site's legal and other constraints, conducting market research and benchmarking, and dealing with landowners by presenting the company's options and financial projections. Also, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible to transact with the LGUs and other agencies involved with starting the business in the site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years of business development or similar experiences in the real estate industry
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- With market research and benchmarking experience
