Job Description
Responsible for preparation of filing of documents necessary for the transfer of titles and procurement of business permits and all other licenses of the company.
Responsibilities:
- facilitates procurement and renewal of permit and licenses
- facilitates and monitors the payment of Real Property Taxes
- prepares and monitors documents relative to the transfer of titles and Tax declarations
- files documents and pays necessary fees with the concerned Government office
- follow-up submitted documents to the Government offices
Minimum Qualifications
- College / University graduate preferably of 4-year business or related course.
- At least one year on the job or related field; but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Can relate effectively with people from various levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
