JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in assisting and servicing all sales agents in all transactions related to sales at the assigned satellite office in Laguna.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the recruitment activities of Branch Managers
• Provides initial orientation to the newly accredited sellers
• Provides regular basic training
• Promotes the sellers' rewards and recognition program
• Implements sales activities to increase sales capacity and contribution
• Maintains constant communication with sellers
• Ensures sellers' participation in company-sponsored activities
• Responsible for information dissemination to keep sellers updated with sales activities, latest memos, an announcements
• Assists in the sales processes to boost sales performance
• Processes reservation sales
• Monitors sellers' inventory of marketing collaterals
• Provides support during the closing stage
• Gives an after sales service

• Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate
• Course/s: Business Communications, Marketing or any related course
• Years of Experience: at least 1-year working experience preferably in real estate, insurance or any finance business
