Job Description
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring that the services provided by the team meets the established standards of quality and compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Major Accountabilities
- Conduct QA and Training activities in Investor Services
- Assist in the drafting of Investor Services Quality Management System, guidelines and procedures
- Conduct and monitor quality assurance testing/sampling activities
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, develop and communicate recommendations, and monitor corrective and preventive action requests.
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards
- Participate in company activities such as but not limited to User Acceptance testing in IT projects, process design or form design improvements in Ease of Doing Business Initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- 1-2 year experience in doing quality assurance activities
- Experience in facilitating problems-solving activities, training sessions (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
