Job Description
- Conduct basic rookie training, bootcamp rookie training, tactical training modules, and Cluster training initiatives.
- Conduct TNA in order to:
- Identify knowledge and skills gap.
- Recommend intervention to address the gaps/needs.
- Design and conduct agreed intervention programs.
- Coordinate with STD on advance training roadmap and continue education courses required by the Cluster/NBOs.
- Manage logistics such as:
- Training calendar and pre-registration.
- Venue, equipment, and training materials.
- Training budget.
- Attendance database.
- Post-course evaluation.
- Others that STD might require to align with basic policies and procedures.
- Participate in initiatives that support Cluster objectives, such as but not limited to:
- Agency planning and goal-setting.
- Agency team-building.
- Branch/Unit meetings, caravan, and kick-off.
- Territory/Cluster meetings and events.
- Customer engagement activities (e.g. FP, Praxis, client forum).
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any Business/Behavioral Science related course.
- Experience gained as a Trainer in a financial, pre-need/life insurance, or mutual fund company.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation/platform skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Creative and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel.
