Primarily responsible for acquiring new business and client retention and growth.
The person is responsible for prospecting and soliciting investments direct from the market and company-sponsored initiatives; and referrals from the agency force, if any. For identified large corporate accounts, he/she is responsible for relationship management, ensuring client retention and continuing business growth by providing after sales service in the areas of account management and administration. He/she shall formulate and execute plans, programs, and strategies to ensure the attainment of the job’s objectives.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, he/she should be able to influence middle management on business solutions (eg fee structure, etc) and the resolve of difficult situations.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- College graduate, preferably Sales and Marketing, Accounting or business-related course.
- At least 5 years of sales/account management related job, preferably from financial institutions.
- Evident track record of business growth based on the size of portfolio/accounts generated and handled.
- If not yet licensed, must be willing to be licensed in mutual funds and trust, as may be required.
- Willing to travel around the Philippines and on flexible schedules
