Middle Market Education Manager  

The role is responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the educational approaches and strategies appropriate for the middle-income market. This involves driving market research and education, leading activation and maintenance events, as well as advancing financial literacy programs as a differentiator for the Middle Market Business Unit.

Market education responsibilities require efforts to understand customers to create relevant, meaningful, and compelling financial literacy workshops using traditional techniques, as well as innovative educational alternatives. Market activation includes customer engagement events and lead generation activities, as well as coordination for overall marketing communications. Communication responsibilities cover a broad range of media including public communication and social media, organized as campaigns that translate social proofs into word-of-mouth engines.

This position is a critical member of the Strategic Accounts Management Committee, which aims to drive innovation and create value for strategic accounts to establish a network of strong, strategically aligned and loyal relationships.

Education and Experience

• University degree in Management or Marketing, preferably with units in post-diploma or graduate program in Marketing and Andragogy.
• 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in life insurance or mutual funds (marketing, training, or sales).
• Candidate must have a higher mastery of personal finance
