Job Description
An external manager will first undergo sales training as an advisor and do personal insurance selling.
After which, management training will ensue together with completing the recruitment of at least 6 coded financial advisors.
The promotion to unit manager can happen within a quarter or 6 months depending on the managers ability to recruit advisors who will be required to actively sell life insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to recruit, train and supervise advisors
- Monitoring skill is a big advantage
- People skill is a top leadership quality
- Sales experience in whatever field is a big advantage
