Job Description
- Regular prospecting for prospects
- Approach prospects for appointments
- Meet at least 2 people a day for sales presentation
- Book at least 2 companies a month for a financial planning seminar
- Submit 2-3 applications a month
- Attend to clients’ underwriting needs
- Service clients on their policy needs and requirements
- Update clients on current products and services
- Attend training of Sunlife to enhance knowledge, skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in computers and other gadgets
- Good people skills
- Willing to be trained and a fast learner
- Patient and a good listener
- Enjoys being with people, a team player
- Achievement-oriented
- Selling experience of at least 1 year
