Job Description
- Recruits, trains & supervises a team of financial advisors to reach consistent & high levels of production
- Espouses our core values of Excellence, Integrity, Customer Focus, Innovation & Engagement
- Knowledgeable on all product lines of the company
- Has a structured training & support system for financial advisors
- Engaging & determined to have a leading role in financial literacy, health & wellness advocacy programs for his financial advisors in the community
- Maintains a supportive & motivating working environment with positive relationships with team members
- Ensures quality business is maintained in compliance with policies & standards of the company
- Reviews strategies to achieve team targets in line with company sales drives & promotions
- Joins company-initiated training & sales programs as well as industry programs & tries to maintain outstanding performance in agency management
