Job Description
- Maintain schedule by maintaining calendars for team personnel; arranging unit meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Complete requests by greeting internal and external customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping ALL information confidential.
- Prepare reports by collecting information ahead of time.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; apply cost reduction measures.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contribute to team effort by monitoring completion of requirements and accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhere to recordkeeping systems, forms control, office maintenance, and personnel requirements.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely compliance to payment collection and other parameters.
- Deliver other related tasks vital to the success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- Trustworthy
- Graduate of at least 2-year Office Management Services – Bundled
- Qualifications in Bookkeeping NCIII or Front Office Services NC II, Computer Secretarial, Computer and Office Management
- Resident of Imus, Binakayan or Bacoor, Cavite or Makati
- Pleasing personality
- Self-confident
- Able to work with minimum supervision, fast-learner
- Computer literate (Internet, MS Office, Email)
