Job Description
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll for Rank and File personnel
- Effective Supervision of subordinates
- Consistent implementation of financial and accounting activities based on standard policies, procedures and core processes
- Accurate and timely processing of raw data for management report
- Accurate and timely processing of Cash Incentive
- Ensures collection efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Must be willing to work in Makati
