Job Description
The Officer-In-Charge is responsible for:
- Achievement of the store’s sales objectives
- Adhere to inventory ratios as approved by Management
- Consistently provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Store upkeep and maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or any related course
- Retail experience of at least one year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Passionate, Creative, Enthusiastic and Entrepreneur
