Job Description
The Officer-In-Charge is responsible for the achievement of the store’s sales objectives, adhere to inventory ratios as approved by Management, consistently provide excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for store up keep and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or any related course
- Retail experience of at least one year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to lead and coach a team
