Job Description
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the sourcing and placement of personnel based on departmental requirements.
The incumbent also assist in the administration of day-to-day human resources operations and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Timely and complete manning requirements
- Timely and accurate submission of Time Sheet
- Timely monitoring of personnel movements
- Efficient logistical support to programs and activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course
- With at least 1-year previous work experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
