Job Description
- Manage the store operations
- Ensures the profit maximization and meet the store’s monthly target
- Responsible in handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensures the implementation of all pricing, signage and store displays are correct at all times
- Maintains inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensures handling of cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash
- Ensures standard for quality, good service and customer service are met
- Assists technicians on coaching and motivating to achieve sales targets
- Responsible in maintaining store’s cleanliness and health and safety
- Coordinates with management regularly for any changes / improvements in the store
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all technicians reporting to them
- Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have finished a bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 2 years experience managing other people
- Must be willing to be based in Dalandanan, Valenzuela
- Interest in the Automotive Industry is preferred
